The address
Most "not working" searches come from a namesake going dark; the addresses page lists them, and this address is the one to keep. If it will not load now, switch the phone between Wi-Fi and mobile data, because a filtering network is the usual cause, and wait a few minutes if it loads on neither.
Unstyled pages
The grey page and the white panels are missing and the text runs edge to edge: the stylesheet did not arrive. Reload once; clear the site's data if it persists.
Search stuck at Loading results
Scripts are blocked; allow them for this site. The A-Z list and the shelves work without them.
Watch now shows nothing
The country menu is the first thing to change, because the licensed list is different in each place and a title with no service in your country shows its options the week one licenses it. A bad-gateway or player error belongs to the service you opened, and reloading that service's player or picking the next service on the list clears it.

"alluc login", "alluc account", "alluc register" and "alluc username and password" belong to the old engine's user accounts. There is nothing to log into here: My List lives in the browser, with no password to lose.
